Learnings & Additional Outcomes:
Fort Alpacas came to Trish as a completely blank canvas, no brand, no photography, no website, and no digital presence. The client had recently purchased a large rural property filled with alpacas, sheep, fields, and even an Iron Age fort. Tracy dreamed to transform it into a small, friendly, local tourism experience, but needed full creative and technical support to get started.
We created the full brand from scratch: the name, visual identity, tone of voice, logo, photography, copywriting, and early marketing foundation. We then designed and developed a custom WordPress website with a clear structure, easy-to-manage content, and smooth customer navigation. A lead-generation landing page was launched first to build early interest.
We also researched, configured, and integrated a third-party booking system chosen by the client, working directly with the provider to set up calendar syncs, automation, payments, and e-commerce functionality. Finally, we prepared the legal pages and provided early startup guidance to help her move confidently toward launch.
